Sr. Software Engineering Manager, Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver Salesforce solutions across various Clouds
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize business processes using Salesforce and MuleSoft
• Utilize technical knowledge of Salesforce platforms to provide effective solutions
• Plan and deliver a suite of Salesforce technologies ensuring quality and performance
• Lead agile development teams with tools like Jira to manage the workflow
• Oversee daily operations of the Salesforce platform and ensure security compliance
• Act as a trusted advisor in strategic planning to overcome business challenges

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in team leadership or managing direct reports
• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce leadership managing Salesforce administrators and developers
• 5+ years of experience with MuleSoft or a similar integration platform
• Strong expertise in at least 2 Salesforce Clouds such as Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or Health Cloud
• Familiarity with SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

Pay

$130,000 – $160,000 annually
