Sr. Software Engineer (.NET / PHP)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services in a SaaS environment
• Build new features primarily using .NET (C#) while also supporting existing PHP/Laravel applications
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and business logic
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver new functionality
• Review project requirements and translate technical specifications into production-quality code
• Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and reliability issues
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and help drive engineering best practices

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience
• Strong experience with .NET (C#)
• Previous hands-on experience developing applications with PHP/Laravel
• Experience with React (preferred) or Angular
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system design
• Ability to balance technical debt with business priorities
• Comfortable working independently in a collaborative Agile environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within SaaS platforms
• Experience modernizing or migrating legacy applications
• Cloud experience (Azure preferred)
• Passion for mentoring teammates and improving engineering processes

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

100% Remote Position (U.S.)
