Sr Software Engineer, Monetization Engineering

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Software Engineer, Monetization Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will focus on building and evolving full-stack capabilities that support monetization initiatives within a consumer-facing digital product environment. You will partner closely with product, design, and backend engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-impact features from concept through launch. The position offers the opportunity to shape user-facing experiences while contributing to the technical foundation that supports business growth. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $155,584 – $320,320 annually Responsibilities Build full-stack features for user-facing applications Lead the product development process from ideation to release Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end functionality Propose new product ideas and features from a user perspective Utilize automated testing to ensure high-quality feature development Engage in varied, high-impact projects with experienced peers Qualifications Minimum 4 years of full-stack or backend development experience in consumer or business-facing products Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience Proficiency in backend and frontend tech stacks such as JavaScript, React, and APIs Experience writing reliable and maintainable code Ability to stay current with emerging technologies Strong collaboration and communication skills Benefits Equity eligibility Flexible working model with in-office collaboration 1-2 times per month Commitment to an equitable and inclusive workplace Access to a culture that values transparency and inspiration Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
