What You Will Do
- Design, implement, and maintain software applications using C/C++ and Python.
- Work within an Agile team to design, develop, test, and deploy software components that support real-time data collection, processing, and user interaction across distributed systems.
- Participate in design and code reviews, configuration management activities, and automated testing within a mature CI/CD environment.
- Collaborate closely with systems, test, and data engineering teams to ensure software components integrate smoothly and support overall system objectives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and contribute to formal design reviews.
- Some travel to customer sites for the purpose of testing and deployment.
Qualifications You Must Have
- A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) AND a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience in C/C++ and Python for application development, data processing, and automation.
- Experience across phases of SDLC including design, code, integration, and test of large system.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance as and when required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience with the requirements development and flow down process.
- Experience with system or subsystem level Integration, Verification and Validation (IV&V).
- Familiarity with Agile lifecycle process including Scrum, Continuous Integration, and Test-Driven Development Methodologies.
- Development experience on Linux, VxWorks, or other Real Time Operating Systems.
- Experience in radar-domain software development, signal processing, and/or system integration.
- Familiarity with integration and testing of air, land or sea-based mission systems from SIL through flight test.
- Internship or project experience involving data pipelines, AI/ML integration, or cross-domain systems.
- Experience with test automation and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Well-developed communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Active U.S. government-issued security clearance (must be transferable).
