Responsibilities
- Develop production activities and workflows using workflow orchestration platforms and TypeScript.
- Support full lifecycle including design, development, testing, and maintenance.
- Advise and mentor the team on best practices in workflow orchestration.
- Participate in refinement, architecture discussions, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business partner stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 2+ years professional experience with a workflow orchestration platform.
- Mastery of a modern scripted language (preferably TypeScript).
- Software development lifecycle and version control system (preferably Git).
- AI-forward development practices.
- Agile development practices.
Education & Experience
- 5-7 years practical experience developing software solutions in a professional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Experience with agentic workflows.
- Proficient with testing frameworks and tools (Jest, Mocha).
- Knowledge of core security principles.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and an ability to teach others.
Pay
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $130,500 -- $252,300 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience.
