You will collaborate with cross-functional teams — product, design, QE, and back-end engineering — and mentor less experienced engineers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of software engineering experience; at least 7 years of software engineering experience overall.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience building enterprise applications with Angular (v12 or later), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS.
  • Strong experience with RxJS, state management (NgRx or similar), and component-driven architecture.
  • Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs and working with microservices-based back ends.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks and front-end test automation.
  • Experience with Git-based source control, code reviews, and Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices including coding standards, build processes, testing, and operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps (ADO) for boards, repos, and pipelines.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, retail, or other regulated, high-volume consumer domains.
  • Experience with micro-frontend architecture, module federation, or Nx monorepos.
  • Familiarity with Node.js, Java/Spring Boot back ends, or BFF (Backend-for-Frontend) patterns.
  • Experience with monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Application Insights).
  • Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and security best practices (OWASP).
  • Experience mentoring engineers and leading front-end workstreams across distributed onsite/offshore teams.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, develop, and test complex, responsive single-page applications (SPAs) using Angular (v15+), TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx.
  • Build reusable, modular component libraries and design-system-aligned UI components ensuring consistency across digital products.
  • Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and microservices in a cloud-native environment (Microsoft Azure).
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and Core Web Vitals; implement lazy loading, SSR, and performance profiling.
  • Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards and healthcare regulatory requirements (HIPAA-aware development practices).
  • Write and maintain unit, integration, and E2E tests (Jest/Karma/Jasmine, Cypress/Playwright); uphold code coverage and quality gates.
  • Participate in formal design reviews and code reviews; enforce coding standards, secure coding practices, and static code analysis remediation.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) and collaborate with DevOps on build, deployment, and release automation.
  • Work in Agile/Scrum teams — sprint planning, backlog grooming, story estimation, and sprint demos.
  • Anticipate and prevent problems and roadblocks before they occur; mentor less experienced members of the team.
  • Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure aligned, high-velocity delivery.

Benefits

  • Competitive salaries, health and life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance.
  • Matched contribution 401K plan and flexible spending accounts.
  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • Flexible work schedules and opportunities to work from home.
  • Continuing education classes, professional certification and training (technical, soft skills, language, and communication skills).
  • International knowledge exchanges and learning opportunities through a global organization.
  • Opportunity to work on market-defining products using the latest technologies across diverse industries.
  • Collaborative, diverse, and open team environment with opportunities to work abroad in global centers or client facilities.
