Sr. Software Engineer - AI Platform Experience (Remote)

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Design and implement core infrastructure components for AI agents
• Maintain and enhance agentic development capabilities across teams
• Drive AI enablement initiatives and improve developer relations
• Guide and train engineering teams on best practices for AI tools
• Support shared tooling efforts across the organization

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in scalable production systems
• Strong experience in building agentic coding tools and LLM integrations
• Proven communication skills with experience in developer relations and team training
• Ability to solve complex problems independently and drive technical improvements
• Solid foundation in technical design and architecture

Pay

$120,000 – $145,000 annually
