Sr Software Development Engineer in Test - AI-First Development

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain AI agent workflows for various test suites based on specifications
• Decompose acceptance criteria into verifiable test scenarios for AI agents
• Select and configure AI models and testing tools based on risk and coverage needs
• Systematically capture and encode defect patterns from development cycles
• Operate the multi-layer Verification Framework to validate software quality and security
• Review and approve AI-generated code for compliance with testing standards before production
• Architect scalable test automation frameworks using AI-First methodologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in software development or test automation, including senior or lead roles
• Experience using modern AI-assisted development tools for at least the last 6 months
• Strong foundational knowledge in a major programming ecosystem and experience with at least one test automation framework
• Familiarity with cloud platform deployment and operations, preferably Azure
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay

$100,000 – $140,000 annually
