About the role
Lead hands-on Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative capabilities. Architect scalable, secure Salesforce solutions that align with business and technical requirements. Implement and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and platform events. Design and implement data models, security architecture, and role-based access controls. Define and enforce development standards, code quality practices, and CI/CD approaches. Troubleshoot advanced performance, integration, and production issues across all environments. Lead technical discussions in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. Lead code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Make architectural and technical decisions, weighing trade-offs and providing recommendations to leadership. Support release planning, deployment coordination, and environment management. Maintain technical documentation and support audit and compliance efforts.

- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Masters degree and 10 years of Salesforce development experience, OR Bachelors degree and 12+ years of Salesforce Development experience
- Extensive Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and enterprise-level integrations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and development best practices
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable, maintainable system architectures and lead technical execution
- Experience mentoring developers and leading technical teams
- Proficiency with version control and CI/CD concepts
Qualifications
