Sr. Software Dev Engineer, AWS Transform

About the role

AWS Transform for Windows team builds Agentic AI systems to help customers modernize applications on AWS, achieving cost savings, security, scalability, and resiliency. This role leads a team creating intelligent, interoperable multi-agent systems using Gen AI to assess, optimize, and modernize legacy Windows workloads towards open-source platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in developing intelligent, interoperable multi-agent systems using Gen AI
• Assess, optimize, and modernize legacy Windows workloads towards open-source platforms
• Build next-generation, agent-driven solutions to modernize enterprise workloads
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Ensure adherence to company policies and standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Knowledge of Machine Learning and LLM fundamentals, including transformer architecture, training/inference lifecycles, and optimization techniques

Pay

• Base salary range: $193,300.00 - $261,500.00 USD annually
