Sr. Snowflake Data Engineer

About the Role

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in the office, available in Charlotte, NC; Lewisville, TX; or Jacksonville, FL. The role is a W2 contract position focused on Snowflake data engineering and marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data models for customer, identity, and contact history domains.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Talend and Snowflake.
• Optimize SQL queries and data warehouse performance through tuning and troubleshooting.
• Integrate data from APIs and marketing platforms (e.g., GA4, GTM, BigQuery).
• Build and manage enterprise data warehousing solutions with a focus on scalability and governance.
• Support identity resolution, Customer 360, and data spine initiatives.
• Enable audience activation and attribution (MMM/MTA) for marketing analytics.
• Ensure data governance, master data management (MDM), and compliance with best practices.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including data modeling, pipeline development, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in advanced SQL and Talend Data Integration/Talend Cloud.
• Experience with data integration tools, APIs, and marketing analytics platforms (GA4, GTM, BigQuery).
• Knowledge of enterprise data warehousing concepts, identity resolution, and Customer 360 frameworks.
• Familiarity with attribution models (MMM/MTA), audience activation, and data governance.
