Sr. Site Project Engineer

About the role

As a senior active member of the Engineering community, you will lead the design and installation of projects, deploying your engineering expertise to deliver results that provide a competitive advantage to the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
• 5–10 years’ experience in a comparable technical position, preferably in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or related industry
• Basic understanding of engineering principles across disciplines: Process, Packaging, Electrical, Construction, or Computer Services
• In-depth understanding of a designated functional engineering area of expertise (e.g., controls, process, packaging)

Responsibilities

• Manage projects to deliver safe, secure, and environmentally responsible results
• Engage project team members, encouraging proactive task execution
• Balance multiple responsibilities: project execution, functional support, and self-development while expanding the role’s impact
