Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Servicing Transfer Coordinator with strong project management skills to manage efficient, timely, and successful servicing transfers. This role involves coordination with external parties, vendors, and internal partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for customer notifications such as Goodbye Letters, Hello Letters, and Validation of Debt letters.
• Stay updated on changing regulatory requirements to facilitate and handle complex servicing transfers, minimizing negative impacts on borrowers.
• Communicate effectively with counterparties, vendors, and internal partners using strong verbal and written skills.
• Understand and coordinate how different products and loan statuses affect internal Cornerstone departments, ensuring proper notification and preparation for unexpected scenarios or volumes.
• Use technology tools and project management techniques to identify and address roadblocks in timely and effective servicing transfers.
• Lead, train, guide, and mentor newer or junior Servicing Transfer team members.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in database administration, information technology, database architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the mortgage servicing industry, preferably within Loan Boarding/Transfers groups.
• Exceptional understanding of data formats and data integrity during servicing system conversions.
• Proven experience in managing loan origination boarding and bulk service transfer processes, including NPL and distressed asset servicing transfers.
• Strong ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail, and prioritize a diverse workload with time-sensitive deadlines.
• Exceptional time and organizational management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, Visio, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio SELECT statements.
• Experience with Black Knight’s MSP Servicing system and LoanSphere Loan Boarding application.
