About the Role
Long-term contract position for a remote Sr. ServiceNow QA Test Lead based in Cedar Rapids, IA.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of software testing and quality assurance experience.
- 2+ years serving as a Test Lead or QA Lead.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in testing, administration, implementation, or development roles.
- Experience testing ServiceNow solutions beyond an end-user capacity.
- U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders preferred; all valid work authorizations may apply.
Responsibilities
- Test planning, regression testing, integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect management.
- Strong application of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), including Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, Financial Management, Project Workspace, and Time Management.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Experience developing and maintaining Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites.
- Experience supporting ServiceNow upgrades and large-scale platform implementations.
