About the role

Responsibilities
- Assess and resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and implement enterprise security controls and technologies
- Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Build productive working relationships with various stakeholders
- Exercise sound judgment and make timely decisions during operational issues and security incidents
- Support regulatory compliance initiatives, audits, and security assessments
- Stay current on cybersecurity threats, trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 7–9 years of progressive experience in information security, systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience working within regulated industries, preferably financial services or banking environments
- Proven ability to independently manage security initiatives, operational responsibilities, and incident response activities
Preferred Qualifications
- One or more industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, SSCP, CCSP, GCIH, CEH
- Experience with cloud security architecture, governance, and operational security practices
- Exposure to penetration testing, red team exercises, adversary simulation, or security assessment activities
- Knowledge of modern cybersecurity threats, attack techniques, and defensive strategies
