The Opportunity The Sr. Scrum Leader, Sales Technology is an experienced individual contributor who enables AI-First teams to deliver high-complexity business outcomes rapidly, predictably, and with disciplined execution. This role goes beyond traditional ceremony facilitation by serving as a senior delivery accelerator, flow optimizer, Agile coach, and AI-first operating model enabler across one or more high-complexity Sales Technology workstreams. The role partners across Product Management, Product Ownership, Engineering, Functional Analysis, Architecture, Data and Analytics, QA, DevSecOps, Release Train Engineering, vendor partners, and business stakeholders to improve delivery readiness, execution transparency, dependency management, release coordination, and software delivery lifecycle effectiveness. This position supports teams across domains such as Headless CRM, Lead and Opportunity Management, Campaign Orchestration, Agentic Workflows, Market Activation, Stewardship Reporting, Control Tower, External Data Enrichment, and related sales technology platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead Agile execution for up to two onshore and/or offshore Scrum or Kanban teams operating in high-complexity B2B Sales Technology workstreams. Champion AI-First ways of working by helping teams embed approved AI-assisted practices into planning, backlog readiness, requirements analysis, solution discovery, engineering support, test design, documentation, release readiness, and retrospectives. Facilitate outcome-oriented Agile events, including sprint or iteration planning, daily collaboration, backlog refinement, reviews, system demos, release preparation, and retrospectives, with emphasis on decisions, commitments, readiness, and follow-through. Coach teams, Product Owners, Functional Analysts, engineers, QA, and vendor partners on flow optimization, team ownership, inspect-and-adapt behaviors, Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, and continuous improvement. Drive transparency into delivery flow using metrics, dependency visibility, risk tracking, readiness signals, capacity indicators, quality measures, and improvement experiments. Anticipate, surface, and resolve or escalate impediments, ambiguity, dependency risks, delivery bottlenecks, and systemic blockers that affect speed, quality, confidence, or business outcomes. Partner with Product Owners and Product Managers to support short- and long-term release planning, backlog health, product outcome clarity, prioritization readiness, and team alignment to measurable business value. Coordinate cross-team dependencies across B2B Accelerator domains, shared platforms, data teams, Salesforce/GB360 touchpoints, Seismic, MarTech, DevSecOps, vendor partners, and enterprise governance functions. Support production change readiness and release coordination by ensuring process completeness, evidence readiness, stakeholder communications, decision visibility, and handoff discipline while partnering with technical owners for technical correctness. Contribute reusable practices, AI-first delivery patterns, training, coaching approaches, and lessons learned to the Scrum Lead community of practice and broader Sales Technology operating model. Required Qualifications Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience. 6+ years of total experience in Agile technology delivery, software delivery, product development, technology transformation, or related technology enablement work. Extensive experience leading teams, projects, delivery workstreams, or Agile execution in complex technology environments. Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving, and evolving environments; ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment with product, engineering, architecture, QA, DevSecOps, business, vendor, and leadership stakeholders. Experience serving as a Scrum Lead, Scrum Master, Agile Lead, Delivery Lead, Release Train support role, or similar Agile execution role for moderate-to-high or high-complexity workstreams. Demonstrated ability to guide and train Scrum or Kanban teams while influencing delivery outcomes without formal people-management authority. Extensive working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban delivery approaches. Experience improving team flow, delivery predictability, transparency, roadblock resolution, dependency management, quality outcomes, and continuous improvement behaviors. Advanced facilitation, coaching, mentoring, conflict navigation, presentation, relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Certified Scrum Professional, Certified ScrumMaster, Professional Scrum Master, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, or comparable Agile certification. Experience working in scaled Agile, Agile Release Train, Accelerator Team, innovation team, or transformation-focused technology delivery environments. Extensive working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, scaled agility, software development lifecycle practices, DevSecOps, CI/CD concepts, automated testing concepts, and product-based delivery models. Experience leading trainings, workshops, communities of practice, Agile maturity improvement, or coaching approaches for Scrum Leads and delivery teams. Experience using or enabling approved AI-assisted delivery practices, automation, analytics, or productivity tools within the software development lifecycle. Experience supporting AI-assisted software development, AI-enabled delivery analytics, intelligent testing, developer copilots, agentic workflows, or workflow automation. Experience within Sales Technology, CRM, MarTech, commercial operations, customer engagement, broker distribution, sales enablement, or digital sales ecosystems. Familiarity with platforms and technologies such as Apptio, Target Process, GitHub, Salesforce/GB360, Seismic, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Power BI, workflow orchestration, enterprise integrations, or data enrichment platforms. Experience supporting production release coordination, change readiness, compliance evidence, release communication, and production support handoff in enterprise technology environments. Experience working with globally distributed teams, system integration partners, external vendors, managed delivery partners, and shared enterprise technology services. Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office. The expected salary range for this position is $122,950 - $181,800. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
