Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development initiatives, partnering cross-functionally to translate scientific concepts into commercially viable products while meeting performance, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Lead product testing and analysis activities, documenting methods, results, and conclusions in laboratory information management systems
- Analyze experimental data, provide technical recommendations, and support product performance evaluation throughout the product lifecycle
- Collaborate with product management, manufacturing, and sourcing teams to develop new products and optimize existing product lines
- Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders
- Support manufacturing and quality initiatives to ensure consistent product performance and delivery
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, materials, and process improvement opportunities
- Maintain laboratory equipment, facilities, and records while ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements
- Contribute to scientific publications, technical presentations, industry forums, and professional conferences
Requirements
- Master's or PhD degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or a related scientific discipline preferred
- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience developing thermoset materials, adhesive formulations, or electronic/industrial materials
- Experience developing and commercializing epoxy-based or other thermoset adhesive products is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and develop innovative solutions
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional laboratory skills, including safe laboratory practices and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams
- Proven record of innovation, including technology development, invention, patent generation, or other intellectual property contributions
- Ability to lift 20-25 pounds as needed

Pay
The salary range for this role is $108,000 - $125,000. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
