Sr. Sales Support Specialist

Type: Full-Time

Location: Carson, CA

Sales and Business Development

• Execute and support sales and business development activities within the Open Business Development Team.
• Aid in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Participate in client outreach and follow-up communications to support account growth.
• Aid in preparing proposals, quotations, and bid documentation for new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support pricing and service arrangements.
• Track and maintain active RFQs and ongoing business opportunities.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
• Travel as needed to participate in client meetings and contribute to the development and expansion of sales opportunities.
• Maintain organized records of contracts, quotations, and operational documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• 3-6 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, sales support, or related field required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Minimum 10% of domestic business travel is required.
• Bilingual in English and Korean (required).

Pay

The base salary range for this role is between $65,000-$90,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
