Responsibilities
- Drive new customer engagements by articulating the company’s Data Cloud portfolio to diverse audiences
- Provide tailored technical support throughout the sales process including demos and proofs of concept
- Collaborate with Account Executives on enterprise strategy and deal progression
- Aid customers with integrating the company products into existing environments swiftly and effectively
- Lead technical engagements such as workshops and evaluations
- Identify customer requirements, shaping proofs of concept to demonstrate the company’s value
- Work cross-functionally with teams to relay customer insights and contribute to product enhancements
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in pre-sales Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in backup, recovery, data protection, and cybersecurity technologies across various architectures
- Knowledge of data security concepts including ransomware resilience and encryption
- Experience in supporting proofs of concept and navigating complex sales cycles
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience
- Industry certifications in relevant technologies are valued
