Sr Risk Associate, Change Enablement | Retail Bank
Overview
The Retail Risk office Change Enablement & Operational Readiness team is seeking a dynamic associate to play a key role in shaping the strategic change practices across the Retail Risk organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders across the Risk Office to understand organizational changes and identify and update associated risk objects in Capital One systems of record
- Partner with enterprise teams that own and manage systems to understand data lineage and best practices for updating information
- Create and manage reporting and metrics
- Leverage technology to drive process improvements
- Be a fungible team player that can support other Change Enablement team members during periods of heighted demand, to include general change management activities and regulatory change governance activities
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of Financial Services Risk Management Experience
- At least 1 year of Project Management experience
- At least 2 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with business clients
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of Financial Services risk management experience
- 2+ years of Project Management experience leading cross functional projects and programs in Risk
- Ability to tailor communications across multiple teams and levels within the organization
Pay
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
- McLean, VA: $96,500 - $110,100 for Sr. Risk Associate
