What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end Revenue Operations assessments and executive readouts
- Design scalable GTM processes, CRM architecture, and automation solutions
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps
- Manage executive client relationships and guide strategic initiatives
- Oversee multiple concurrent consulting engagements while ensuring exceptional delivery quality
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or RevOps Consulting
- Deep expertise in HubSpot and/or Salesforce
- Experience leading client-facing engagements with executive stakeholders
- Strong solution design, process optimization, and CRM architecture skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while delivering measurable business outcomes
Bonus Experience
- RevOps consulting firm background
- GTM tools such as Gong, Outreach, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LeanData, Clay, Workato, Zapier, or MakeAI-powered automation and workflow design
