Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ITIL best practices and other relevant frameworks.
• Experience with service desk tools and automation software.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and cybersecurity principles.

Skills

• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lead and manage virtual teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards.

Pay

The starting salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually.

Schedule

This role is full-time and works Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
