Sr Research Contract Specialist- US-REMOTE

About the role

This remote, US-based role provides business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations, strengthening responsible execution, improving decision-making, and supporting sustainable growth within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate clinical research study contracts including various agreements
• Prepare Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations in contract management
• Manage complex, high-stakes contracts effectively
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders
• Lead process improvements for contract negotiation workflows
• Mentor and train team members on contract management best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in research administration or legal experience with contracts
• Advanced contract management skills, especially in Clinical Trial Agreements
• Strong strategic communication and negotiation skills
• Deep analytical skills for contract analysis
• Familiarity with federal regulations related to clinical research
• Experience in administrative roles at universities, hospitals, or research institutes

Pay

$95,000 – $130,000 annually
