About the role

The Screen Print Reclaim Specialist is responsible for reclaiming and maintaining screen-printing screens by cleaning, removing ink, and preparing them for reuse in the production process. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

What You Will Do

• Remove excess ink, emulsion, and residue from used screens using cleaning chemicals and power washers
• Operate and maintain reclaiming equipment such as dip tanks, pressure washers, and drying racks
• Ensure screens are properly degreased, dried, and coated for reuse
• Inspect screens for damage and report any unusable screens to the supervisor
• Follow safety protocols when handling chemicals and cleaning equipment
• Maintain an organized and clean reclaim area to ensure a smooth workflow
• Assist with screen storage, labeling, and inventory management
• Support other screen-printing production tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing, lifting, bending)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Comfortable working with cleaning solutions and reclaiming equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic mechanical skills are a plus

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in screen printing or reclaiming is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements

• Work is performed in a production facility with exposure to water, cleaning solutions, and various printing materials
• Frequent standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and repetitive hand movements
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

Schedule

• Monday – Friday; 3:00pm - 11:30pm
• Mandatory overtime, which may include some Saturdays and Sundays
