Job Specific Requirements

Actively identify and review recently completed design control deliverables and compare them to procedures and best practices. Identify any discrepancies and/or potential for improvement. Support for creation and approval of engineering change requests and orders. Support for management and organization of design control best practices and templates.

Coordination of scheduling design control training and providing credit within electronic learning management system.

General Background

Demonstrates working knowledge of Engineering principles and its application in solving standard technical problems. Demonstrates working knowledge of product design and development. Demonstrates working knowledge of design control process. Tests, analyzes and solves technical problems with moderate guidance. Works with moderate guidance. Has developed knowledge and skills in own job family; still acquiring / expanding fundamental knowledge and higher-level skills. Applies knowledge and skills to a variety of standard activities. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.
