Sr. Quality Specialist – FSQ Systems
About the role
We are seeking a Sr. Quality Specialist – FSQ Systems to join our team based in Oak Brook, IL. In this role, you will support and advance Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) systems, data management, and digital business processes across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Administer and continuously enhance the Quality SharePoint environment, including content, permissions, libraries, lists, and KPI reporting tools
- Coordinate GFSI audit scheduling and related activities while maintaining accurate records, documentation, and reporting
- Manage corporate policy and procedure workflows, including reviews, approvals, updates, and communications
- Compile, validate, analyze, and report key performance indicators to support business insights and decision-making
- Provide system administration and user support for enterprise learning, crisis management, and quality incident systems
- Lead or support projects focused on FSQ systems, reporting automation, workflow efficiency, and digital process improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities and improve FSQ systems and processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities while driving efficiency and innovation across FSQ systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate degree or equivalent experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field preferred
- Three to five years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, manufacturing, analytics, or a related technical field is preferred
- Certifications such as HACCP, PCQI, PCHF, or GFSI (SQF/BRCGS) preferred
- Strong technical writing and policy development skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including SharePoint
- Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Adobe, or other digital/reporting tools preferred
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and continuous improvement focus

Pay
The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $76,200.00 - 114,200.00 USD annually. This is the lowest to highest salary that we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus and equity pay.
