Sr. Quality Engineer

About the role

The Sr. Quality Engineer reports to the site Quality Manager and is responsible for internal and external quality in the assigned area of responsibility (cells, value streams). Focuses on quality of internal products, but also supports new product development projects through ownership of project tasks relevant for quality, and management of the project up to series release. Organizes and executes internal process and product audits and drives resulting actions to continuously improve product quality and quality management standards. Tracks and manages supplier quality. Responsibilities

• Leading quality assurance initiatives, defining QA strategies, and establishing test methodologies to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Providing guidance and mentorship to Quality Engineers, fostering a culture of quality within the team
• Generation and reporting of quality KPIs (both internal and external)
