Sr Quality Eng Technician - 1st shift - Mon-Fri

Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed inspections and testing of products and components to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Manage specific quality processes and provide process certification audit support to manufacturing.
- Analyze test results and provide technical support to the Quality Engineering team.
- Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and quality system enhancements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes
- Maintain accurate documentation of test procedures and results
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality engineering or quality technician roles within manufacturing or technology sectors
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes, inspection techniques, and root cause analysis methodologies
- Proficiency with quality tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and use of measurement instruments
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and compliance standards relevant to manufacturing environments
Skills
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Quality Management, or related fields
- Experience working in high-tech or manufacturing industries with complex product assemblies
- Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement projects
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Pay
The hourly salary range for this position is $30.38-$38.17/hr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
