About the role
You will supervise the team that supports quality assurance and quality control deliverables for large and high-profile clients. This role requires commuting to client sites located in PA and NJ (Raritan, NJ area) with up to 20% travel.
Responsibilities
- Provide formal supervision to employees, including monitoring training and development, conducting performance evaluations, and coaching.
- Oversee recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
- Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities, including setting work schedules, assigning tasks, and cross-training staff.
- Set and track staff and department deadlines; mentor and coach as needed.
- Execute both company and confidential client compliance programs; participate in continuous improvement objectives.
- Create initiatives and communicate issues across functional areas.
- Report compliance status to key stakeholders and senior management regularly.
- Manage the execution and evaluate the success of quality-of-service initiatives for non-regulated services.
- Report compliance and other quality/business metrics to the client during review meetings; escalate and notify CBRE and client management of quality and compliance issues.
- Oversee the inspection readiness program for the site; manage audits and serve as the primary quality representative for operations.
- Apply broad knowledge of the business and discipline to achieve team and departmental objectives.
- Lead by example, modeling behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Influence others to adopt different points of view while adhering to policies and departmental plans.
- Identify and solve complex technical and operational problems.
- Understand and recognize the broader impact of decisions across the department.
- Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job discipline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Quality Systems experience with eQMS & DMS.
- Experience with Incident Escalation Systems & Processes.
- Prior leadership experience, including hiring, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention.
- Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
- Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts across multiple disciplines.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Pay
The compensation range is approximately $130,000 to $158,000 annual base salary plus a 10% target bonus based on experience. The final compensation offered will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
