Sr Prompt Engineer - AI Innovation - Remote
Role Summary
This role is responsible for the development and execution of AI-driven solutions within the residential real estate division. It involves crafting sophisticated prompts and overseeing AI agent design to enhance operational efficiency, optimize customer engagement, and drive digital transformation. The role serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the delivery team, collaborates with technical and business teams, and ensures AI solutions are accurate, scalable, and compliant.
Essential Job Functions
Develop AI solutions by creating sophisticated agents and prompts, ensuring integration with existing residential real estate systems.
Ensure AI models and solutions are built with scalability, reliability, and compliance, addressing ethical AI concerns and industry regulations.
Ensure AI development follows SitusAMC standard processes and procedures.
Serve as primary contact for delivery team questions; provide guidance on best practices, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Aid in defining and refining acceptance criteria and success measures for backlog tickets.
Perform quality assurance (QA) reviews of delivery team work; identify trends, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
Leadership Support & Cross-Team Collaboration
Represent team standards and processes in meetings; ensure decisions are documented and communicated.
Cook up and execute high-impact AI use cases in areas like automation, predictive analytics, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 6+ years of industry/relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent.
Strategic mindset with ability to align product decisions with organizational strategy.
Excellent communication skills.
Previous experience as a subject matter expert or trainer embedded in a delivery team.
Strong analytical skills.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Real estate experience preferred, but not required.
Salary & Benefits
Annual Base Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00
Civil Engineering Specific compensation determined through interviews and review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location, and market data. May be eligible for discretionary bonus.
