Sr. Project Manager - SW 10th

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain schedules, including CPM updates and analysis
• Thoroughly review submittals and ensure compliance with documentation processes and procedures
• Maintain positive vendor relationships and monitor invoice processing
• Lead project coordination meetings and approve subcontractor payment requisitions
• Support the Quality Engineer and Safety Engineer, participate in project audits, and ensure shop and as-built drawings proceed as scheduled
• Mentor project team in contractual obligations and evaluate construction methods
• Aid in estimating bids and proposals and participate in technical discussions
• Function as the team leader and provide guidance and support to the team
• Evaluate data for anomalies and concerns and assess potential outcomes
• Coordinate with legal to ensure team follows contractual obligations and notification requirements

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Experience: 10-14 years of experience
• Advanced understanding of construction methodologies
• Advanced knowledge of subcontractor trades work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of working with Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam
• Working knowledge/understanding of P6, HCSS, and AutoCAD
• Effective/clear communication in verbal/written
• Team Leader/Player: Understands individual strengths and weaknesses and works with them to improve their skillsets
• Time Management: Self-disciplined to complete assigned tasks within required time frame
• Open to carrying out various tasks in both field office capacity and outside at the project site
