Sr. Project Manager (Must Have Medical device/ FDA regulated experience)

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for new product development.
• Medical device/ FDA regulated industry experience
• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between program leadership, project team, and functional management.
• Manages the development and implementation process of a company’s products involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new products and processes.
• Reviews status of projects, manages schedules, and prepares status reports.
• Makes sure the project is on track from start to finish.
• Looks at any problems that come up and finds ways to solve them so the project stays on schedule and meets its goals.
• Creates ways to check how the project is going and to help the team deal with any issues.
• Communicates with people who need the project to be done and gets their support to make sure the project is finished on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Effective planning and organization skills including the proven ability to work against multiple objectives and on multiple programs simultaneously.
• Ability to balance team leadership responsibilities while still operating as an individual contributor at times.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship and team building skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to tailor communication for different audiences.
• Ability to establish and maintain a trusted role with the various stakeholders in coordinating multiple functions across the organization.
