Sr. Project Manager - Healthcare

As a Construction Management Professional of capital projects, you’ll be responsible for the management of various subcontractors, process improvement activities, training, and day-to-day leadership of all PMCM staff aligned to this client group.

Responsibilities

• Weekly and monthly reporting, establishment of PMCM best practices, schedule management, change management, and executive reporting.
• Guide and manage the capital projects team in Design, Construction, Commissioning, Activation, and Stabilization.
• Overall project delivery (cost, schedule, budget, quality, and contract negotiation) on multiple project assignments.
• Manage project development from conception through completion (both large and small) in accordance with program objectives.
• Manage all budgets, schedules, scope development, design and construction contracts, documents, procedures, and controls for assigned projects.
• Manage the review and approval process for consultant invoices, contractor pay applications, and change orders.
• Coordinate with Control Manager for proper posting in the reporting program.
• Manage and resolve complex design and construction-related issues, disputes, and disagreements.
• Review status and monitor variances of the construction project database relative to scheduling and cost control reporting.
• Attend assigned meetings, conduct chartering engagements, integrate and communicate with all stakeholders.
• Develop and hold weekly job progress meetings with staff and document performance as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field, or equivalent combination of healthcare and significant related experience.
• 10+ years of related design and construction project management experience with education or healthcare buildings.
• Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management (GMP/lump sum), project delivery methods, team building, and client relationship building.
• Strong working knowledge in vendor procurements, change order negotiation, budget and schedule management, operational governances, client satisfaction, and management.
• Willing to relocate to Seattle Area, Washington.

Qualifications

• Multiple Delivery Methods execution experience: Design Bid Build, Design Build, Progressive Design Build, Design Assist, and Multi Prime Delivery.
• Large program team leader for at least 5 years, having managed a team of 10 or more.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $150,500.00 to $235,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
