Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to gather and analyze complex datasets, transforming them into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making.
  • Prepare leadership-facing materials and manage follow-ups on action items.
  • Facilitate alignment across stakeholders to maintain program visibility, operational efficiency, and strategic momentum.
  • Analyze business needs and ensure that Oracle’s solutions align with customer objectives by applying industry best practices and product knowledge.
  • Adhere to Oracle methodologies and policies while managing contractual obligations to minimize risk and ensure successful delivery.
  • Exercise sound judgment and select appropriate delivery methods for small- to medium-sized projects, including recovering remedial engagements.
  • Provide direction and mentoring within the program team.
  • Influence decisions at the management level, manage customer expectations, and ensure deliverables meet or exceed standards.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and managing project scope to maximize impact.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized and experienced in translating data into strategic narratives.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay

Hiring Range in USD: $70,600 - $148,300 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
