If you possess a minimum of 7+ years of experience in Commercial Projects, such as Mechanical, Plumbing, Sheet Metal, Fire and much more. This role could be the perfect fit for you. Position Overview: As a Senior Project Manager/Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing commercial projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include preparing project estimates and budgets, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams, and ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget.
