Sr. Project Manager (Aviation Lounge/Luxury)

The Senior Project Manager leads the delivery of high-risk, complex, or strategically significant projects and programs with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, driving project performance, overseeing risk and financial outcomes, and aligning execution with broader business and operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead high-risk, business-critical, or strategically significant projects with full autonomy; align delivery with organizational goals.
- Oversee development of complex proposals and contracts; drive pricing strategy and negotiate terms with senior clients or partners.
- Oversee deliverable strategy across internal and external teams; delegate ownership and ensure accountability for delivery outcomes.
- Own client relationship strategy, navigate sensitive issues, align delivery with strategic objectives, and represent firm leadership.
- Direct financial strategy across the project lifecycle, proactively manage risk, and forecast long-term impacts.
- Responsible for outcomes on the most complex projects; integrate delivery performance with business success measures.
- Lead efforts to improve performance and ensure consistent adherence to applicable quality standards.
- Oversee complex consultant ecosystems and strategic partnerships; ensure alignment with contractual, financial, and delivery expectations.
- Program Management (where applicable): Own the development and negotiation of complex program contracts and fee strategies.
- Lead program-wide client strategy, maintaining alignment across internal teams and senior client stakeholders.
- Direct execution across high-impact programs, ensuring integrated delivery and managing escalations across projects.
- Quality: Define and elevate project quality expectations, influencing standards across teams and sectors.
- Ensure consistent quality performance on strategic or high-risk projects, reinforcing standards through delegation and oversight.
- Lead scoping and fee development across portfolios of work, accounting for long-term business and delivery implications.
- Provide technical insight on project production when applicable.
- Anticipate systemic project risks and mobilize leadership to resolve conflicts before they escalate.
- Client Experience: Act as the primary contact and strategic representative for critical programs or enterprise clients.
- Shape and lead client engagement strategies that extend beyond the project, aligning service with business growth.
- Resolve complex or politically sensitive client issues and share insights to strengthen organizational learning.
- Drive sector-level business development priorities by shaping positioning strategies and pursuit plans.
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with clients and partners, unlocking new opportunities for the firm.
- Leadership/Employee Engagement: Direct large, multidisciplinary teams and drive accountability across PMs to ensure high performance.
- Champion growth and development of others, building a pipeline of capable PM talent across the firm.
- Shape sector PM development strategies by collaborating with operational leaders and advocating for scalable practices.
- Support sector and practice leadership by demonstrating and advocating for project management quality and standards across project teams.
- Lead adoption of sustainability-aligned delivery approaches and influence broader organizational goals through project leadership.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business required.
- Relevant experience within the AEC or Professional Services industry may be considered in lieu of requisite education.
- 14 years of relevant experience required, including a minimum of 13 years of project management experience.
- Minimum 16 years of experience required without degree.
- Advanced proficiency in project management standards and execution required.
- Advanced knowledge and application of building design and construction principles required.
- Project management certification preferred.
- Self-starter with the ability to influence and motivate others to achieve goals.
- Proven track record of effective collaboration, communication, and organization skills.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in all core competencies described in this job description.

- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Occasional travel may be required (10–15%).

Pay
Salary ranges vary by location:
- New York: $146,400 – $219,600
- Los Angeles: $139,200 – $208,800
- Las Vegas: $126,000 – $189,000
