Sr Project Manager- (Automotive)

The Opportunity Barton Malow is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead one of our automotive retrofit projects in Spring Hill, Tennessee. This is a fully onsite role for a seasoned project leader who is comfortable working inside existing facilities and keeping a project moving safely and predictably. You will join an established team and work directly with the client. What You’ll Do Lead the project management function for the project, partnering with the superintendent, project team, and client to deliver safely, on schedule, and on budgetManage project financials, including budgets, forecasting, change management, and billingOversee subcontractor and supplier procurement, contracts, and buyoutDrive coordination, scheduling, and risk management with the field and design teams, including work within existing facilitiesBuild and maintain trust-based relationships with the owner, partners, and tradesCoach and develop project engineers and assistant project managersChampion our safety, quality, and Lean practices on the project What We’re Looking For 5+ years of construction project management experience, ideally on automotive, industrial, or retrofit projectsDemonstrated experience managing project financials, contracts, and subcontractorsStrong communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative approachCommitment to safety and qualityAbility to work fully onsite in Spring Hill, TN, with openness to travel as project needs requireBachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience About Barton Malow Our purpose is Building Today for a Better Tomorrow: People, Projects, and Communities.
