The Senior Project Manager position plays a strategic role in client engagement, company risk management, and continually improving our delivery process. This position requires a dependable, detail‑oriented individual who shares an interest in product building and assembly to bring projects from initial sale to reality. The ideal candidate has experience in the construction trades and a background in architectural wall product installation. This position is based out of Transwall headquarters in West Chester, PA.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Transwall product installation projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.
- Manage resources, schedules, risks, and change requests to deliver successful projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve processes and achieve organizational goals.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, resolve issues promptly, and represent Transwall at industry events.
- Support sales efforts, training initiatives, and continuous improvement across project delivery and installation.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to manage high‑pressure situations and tight deadlines.
- Excellent client‑facing and internal communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Proficiency in Gantt chart development, project management software, and reporting tools.
- Travel to project sites up to 30% of the time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- Strong understanding of construction documents, building systems (ceilings, lighting, HVAC), and overall construction processes.
- Ability to interpret architectural plans and specifications accurately and efficiently.
