What You'll Do Lead Complex Projects: Coordinate team members and resources for large-scale, complex projects from initiation through closeoutFacilitate Strategic Planning: Lead project meetings with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to establish goals and drive successful outcomesOwn Project Excellence: Take full accountability for project performance including safety, quality, financial results, and client satisfactionMaster Financial Management: Oversee budgets across multiple concurrent projects, strategically allocate resources, mitigate risks, and maximize revenue generationMentor & Develop Talent: Support new team members through their training and onboarding by sharing knowledge, best practices, and insights; communicate training needs to leadership What You Bring 5-7 years of project engineering or management experienceBachelor's Degree in a STEM field or related areaProven ability to manage large, complex construction projectsStrong technical expertise and exceptional interpersonal skillsWillingness to travel occasionally Why Join Waldinger?
