Sr. Project Manager

About the role

A Sr. Project Manager is needed to lead complex supply chain projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver supply chain projects on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in for project goals
• Manage risks and issues proactively to minimize impact on project outcomes
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Communicate progress and status updates to senior management and other key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a supply chain environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
