About the role
As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in improving lives and empowering communities through our diverse range of services including architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, healthcare planning, master planning, civil engineering, structural engineering, MEP engineering, and sustainability consulting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Engage with clients to understand project needs and expectations.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform design decisions.
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Participate in project meetings and client presentations.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED certification.
- Understanding of construction documents and contract administration.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
