About the Role

Responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project-related activities and resources for customer equipment, facilities, or infrastructure projects. Impacts the team’s ability to achieve service, quality, and timeliness objectives with moderate autonomy and high levels of operational judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee small to medium-sized projects (equipment-only, suites of products, or non-turnkey projects) with direct or indirect leadership and management of project resources.
  • Influence the development of strategy for the area of responsibility, including control of resources and policy formulation.
  • Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
  • Stay informed of industry trends that may inform work.
  • Use high-level judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks in operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering areas.
  • Assess the quality of information and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders; offer new solutions outside of set parameters and provide recommendations.
  • Use multiple internal and external sources to arrive at decisions.
  • Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, or complexity.
  • Communicate difficult concepts and influence others' opinions; guide others to consider different perspectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • 7–8 years of project management experience.

Skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs or projects.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

Pay

For candidates applying to a U.S.-based position, the pay range is $114,100.00 to $190,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas. Bonus eligibility includes a discretionary annual bonus.
