Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering projects from concept through construction, guiding multidisciplinary teams and delivering designs that make a lasting impact in the communities we serve.
• Lead projects of varying size, complexity, and structural systems from planning through construction.
• Direct and mentor project teams, fostering technical growth and professional development.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and consultants to deliver exceptional project outcomes.
• Oversee structural analysis, design, construction documents, and construction administration activities.
• Serve as a technical resource and thought leader within the firm.
• Drive improvements to standards, processes, and engineering practices across the company.
• Develop strong client relationships that lead to repeat business and long-term partnerships.
