About the role
Keystone Engineering is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Houston team. This is a full-time position based in Houston, TX, with occasional site visits required. The role involves office work with standard physical demands.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to multi-disciplinary engineering/construction teams while working within established budgets and deadlines.
- Identify project issues, lead solution development, and ensure implementation.
- Conduct regular team meetings and maintain project goals.
- Liaise with third parties, such as external contractors, regarding schedules and working practices.
- Prepare and review contract documents, construction drawings, and specifications for code compliance and construction procedures.
- Develop and deliver project schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, and closeout activities.
- Ensure project planning accounts for all phases, including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, and normal operation.
- Generate progressive project cost estimates and schedules for Construction Coordinators/Planners.
- Ensure projects meet environmental regulations, safety regulations, corporate, site, and industry engineering standards.
- Oversee Engineering Deliverables & Design, Procurement Planning & Execution, and Construction Facilitation & Reporting.
Requirements
- B.S. degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- 15+ years of experience in Project Management.
- Experience successfully executing capital projects with a total installed cost (TIC) of $25MM+.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and a solution advocate.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
