Sr. Project Manager

About the role

The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful deployment of our CensiTrac solutions and expert services for health system customers. This role serves as the single point of accountability from project initiation through go-live, ensuring implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with clients and facilities, preparing them for the on-site deployment of CensiTrac, additional modules or other services offerings.
• Lead and collaborate with the Censis team, guiding each facility through the project delivery cycle.
• Ensure project tasks are completed in a timely manner, deliver high customer satisfaction while remaining on budget.
• Report on the progress and on-time completion of implementations, while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Facilitate and lead all relevant meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage complex projects, drive higher revenue, CSAT and efficient delivery of projects while maintaining high quality process adherence and supports process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience implementing software / project managing software implementations.
• Experience with healthcare implementations.
• Certified in Project Management.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and training skills.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Familiarity and ease with computer systems and common software products.

Pay

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 88,000.00 - 147,000.00
