Sr. Project Manager

Location: Mettawa, Illinois Job Type: Contract Compensation Range: $90 - 80 per hour Are you ready to drive business transformation and operational excellence on a global scale? Join a leading Global Pharmaceutical Enterprise to lead strategic PMO initiatives and streamline cross-functional marketing execution across international markets. In this high-impact role, you will partner directly with executive stakeholders to turn complex global strategies into seamlessly executed programs. Onsite in Mettawa, IL 3x a week (Tues/Weds/Thurs). Responsibilities: Execute integrated PMO frameworks across cross-functional global teams to deliver aligned strategic marketing initiatives and product launches.Govern industry-standard project management methodologies, tools, and reporting systems to maximize operational transparency and governance.Optimize stakeholder alignment across international commercial units to facilitate smooth communications and accelerate project milestones.Mitigate project risks and manage resource planning to support high-visibility business transformation and strategic growth programs. Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of project management or PMO experience leading cross-functional, global initiatives within a matrixed environment.Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency with enterprise PMO tools, frameworks, and standardized reporting methodologies.Business Impact: Proven track record of facilitating international program delivery and preparing executive-level status presentations.Education & Core Skills: Bachelor's degree with exceptional cross-cultural communication skills and stakeholder engagement expertise.
