Description We're partnering with a manufacturer known for its highly customized builds to hire a Sr. Electrical Engineer in Northeastern Wisconsin. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, with about 50% of your time focused on design, troubleshooting, and systems integration and the balance dedicated to project management, vendor coordination, and technical oversight. You'll play a key role in complex, ground-up builds involving power distribution, communications, controls, and other critical electrical systems. Responsibilities Lead electrical engineering efforts across complex build and upgrade projectsProvide technical leadership to an Electrical Engineer and external engineering partnersSupport electrical system design, troubleshooting, and integration activitiesReview engineering deliverables including drawings, schematics, and BOMsCoordinate third-party engineering vendors to ensure quality, timing, and budget goalsManage project schedules, priorities, and engineering resource requirementsPartner with teams to resolve technical issues during construction and commissioningSupport power distribution, controls, communications, and electrical infrastructureEvaluate engineering changes and ensure successful implementation across projects Senior Electrical Engineer (power distribution exp. req.)
