We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits? There's a pay range given, so we need a Pay section. No explicit Benefits or Schedule. So include Pay. Also maybe include Location? Not required as heading; we can fold into a short p. The instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Thus we need sections: About The Role (the description after "About The Role"), Responsibilities (the bullet list after "Key Responsibilities"), Qualifications (the "Qualifications" section with required and preferred), Pay (the pay range). Possibly also "Benefits" not present, so omit. "Schedule" not present. "Skills" not present as separate heading; we could include under Qualifications but not needed. We must not repeat job title. The posting includes "Business Unit Overview", "Location Description", etc. Those are not headings we need to output; we can fold minor metadata into short p or drop. The instructions: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short p for location description maybe. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information. The location description is substantive: "Post Consumer Brands corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minnesota, is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Lakeville has all the benefits of smaller town living with access to everything a large metropolitan area has to offer. Join more than 400 team members collaborating on the two-building campus to help put breakfast on the tables of millions of consumers in North America." That's location description. Should we include it? It's not a heading but we can put it in a

before sections. Also "Business Unit Overview" is also substantive but maybe we can include as a

. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." But we can still include a brief intro paragraph summarizing overview and location. That's okay. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. There's none. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

Post Consumer Brands, a business unit of Post Holdings, Inc., headquartered in Lakeville, Minn., provides delicious food choices... (overview).

Post Consumer Brands corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minnesota, is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul... (location description).

    About the role

As a Senior Capital Engineering Project Manager, you'll lead large-scale capital projects across our manufacturing network. This role combines engineering, construction management, financial stewardship, and cross-functional leadership to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate is an industrial capital engineering professional with a proven track record of directly managing multiple concurrent multi-million-dollar capital projects and equipment installations across several manufacturing locations, delivering complex initiatives from concept through execution in a multi-site manufacturing environment. This person has owned project budgets, managed contractors and construction activities, coordinated equipment installations and startup efforts, and successfully delivered projects within approved capital appropriations.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead capital projects involving facility construction, manufacturing infrastructure, utilities, process equipment installations, production line expansions, and plant modernization initiatives.
    • Own project budgets from authorization through closeout, including investments exceeding $20MM.
    • Develop capital requests, project scopes, equipment specifications, cost estimates, bid packages, and contractor work scopes.
    • Manage project forecasting, spending, change orders, risk mitigation, and overall financial performance.
    • Partner with operations, maintenance, quality, engineering, and plant leadership teams to deliver successful outcomes.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
    • Identify opportunities to improve operational performance, reduce costs, and support business growth.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
    • 5+ years of engineering, capital project management, construction management, or manufacturing project experience.
    • Demonstrated success leading complex multi-million-dollar capital projects.

    • Experience managing capital budgets and project financial performance.
    • Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera (P6/P5), Procore, SAP, or JD Edwards (JDE).
    • PMP certification and/or Professional Engineer (PE) license.
    • Advanced degree in engineering, business, or management.

    Pay

The pay range for this position is $106,019 - $156,909 per year.

We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "Big Company Opportunity. Small Company Attitude." paragraph under Responsibilities heading? Actually there is a section before "About The Role": "Big Company Opportunity. Small Company Attitude. At Post Consumer Brands, you'll lead major capital investments that strengthen our manufacturing network and support future growth. You'll have the resources of a large organization, the visibility to make an impact, and the opportunity to see your projects come to life from concept through start-up. Big ambitions are welcome here! Travel Required: Significant travel (30-50%) is a core requirement of this role. You will support projects across multiple manufacturing facilities, with travel increasing during active project phases. Some periods may require up to three out of every four weeks on-site at plant locations." That is substantive and should be included. Where does it belong? It could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. Since it's about the role and travel, we could incorporate into About the role paragraph. The instructions: preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include that text. We can add it to About the role section as additional paragraphs. Thus About the role section could have multiple paragraphs: first the "Big Company Opportunity..." paragraph, then the "About The Role" paragraph. We must not duplicate content. Ensure we include travel requirement. Thus About the role:

That covers. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Discover just right. Ready to Make an Impact? If you've successfully led capital projects..." That's a call to action; it's substantive? It's basically encouraging to apply. The instructions: Remove application instructions. That paragraph is basically a call to apply; we should drop it as application instructions. So we omit "Discover just right. Ready to Make an Impact? If you've successfully led capital projects in manufacturing, food production, industrial construction, or similar facility-based environments and are excited by the opportunity to own major investments from concept through execution, we'd love to hear from you!" That's application instruction; drop. Also we need to include the Business Unit Overview paragraph maybe as intro. Let's include a short p at top: "Post Consumer Brands, a business unit of Post Holdings, Inc., headquartered in Lakeville, Minn., is dedicated to providing people and their pets with delicious food choices for every taste and budget. The company's portfolio includes beloved brands such as Honey Bunches of Oats™, PEBBLES™, Grape-Nuts™ and Malt-O-Meal™ cereal and Peter Pan™ peanut butter, as well as Rachael Ray® Nutrish™, Kibbles 'n Bits™ and 9Lives™ dog and cat food. Post also provides private label solutions to customers in pet food, cereal, nut butters and granola. As a company committed to high standards of quality and to our values, we are driven by one idea: To make lives better by making delicious food accessible for all." That's from Business Unit Overview. Keep. Then location description paragraph. Thus final HTML:

Then sections as above. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not repeated. Check for any placeholder: none. Check for any missing info: The "Key Responsibilities" list we captured.
