About the role
This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.
Responsibilities
- Lead the scoping, design, and execution of capital projects for manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Analyze data, improve processes, and implement changes to optimize plant performance.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
- Serve as a technical consultant, providing engineering expertise across the organization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, influencing decisions and driving alignment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and travel 30–50% to support project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering preferred with 6–12 years of relevant industry experience.
- Background in chemical manufacturing environments preferred with strong process engineering knowledge.
- Experience with engineering design methods and familiarity with PLC/DCS systems.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $75,000.00 and $100,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable.
