Sr. Project Controls Scheduler

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide SME support for the development, integration, and validation of technical, cost, and schedule baselines, including progressive elaboration of the CD-1 cost and development of the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) for CD-2/3.
• Provide procurement QA/QC support for Title II design and long-lead procurements, including vendor surveillance and compliance verification with design specifications.
• Provide project controls support to develop schedules, and support change control.
• This effort will include development and maintenance of the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), ensuring full integration of scope, schedule, and cost in accordance with DOE O 413.3B and ANSI/EIA-748 requirements.
• Provide Project Controls support to develop standardized reports and deliverables ensuring consistency with LAMP and other LANL Project/Programs.
• Provide Project Controls and CAM Mentorship and Coaching & Training.

Qualifications

• Education and Licensure: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent years of education and work experience.
• Skills, Experience and Qualifications: 15+ years of experience or equivalent years of education and experience. Experience working in a DOE and/or NNSA setting. Significant experience in EVMS systems.
• Preferred Qualifications: Active L or Q clearance. PMP Certification. EVMS, P6, and/or Cobra Certification.
